How did the tank bracket mount? On my Scotts there are 2 halves, 1 has a single screw in the center that goes to the tank mount and the 2nd has 2 screws on the outside similiar to yours that mounts to the first piece.
Well see where the GPR mounts to it right under the dial towards the tank? Well if that comes off theres a screw that replaces the original gas tank screw and the bracket is just held on by that one screw.

no none at all.

Everything that came with it had detailer instructions. Every part mentioned I used.
