Scary Gary even if he isn't riding right now, is probably better than everyone I just listed.
The thing is everyone has their style, and killing it within that, but like Bill D is a stoppie MASTER, Twite has sick acros and Gary is mad flexible and then there are a few who are pretty balanced with their combos and stoppies and whatnot being good across the board. They are talented, not as specialized but get their asses torn off at comps to the specialists within their area of expanded expertise.

Dryden, overall practiced skill, all his transitions are smooth, dedication to the sport, presentation, professionalism, media savvy. Makes him a well rounded rider and places him among the best. Bubash sick innate talent, lots of practice, amazing stoppies, he performs well in comps, his runs are dynamite and high energy. He doesn't just have a few tricks on lock, he works at all of them and every time I see him ride he's improved, despite already being good enough to place well among the pros.
Twite overall performance is above par so he comes up on top for his acros, Borne, overall balanced rider, has a substantial bag of tricks and nice smooth transitions plus good extension, he's in for having really polished runs and professionalism where it matters, pursuing competitive status at the world level and repping the US well. There's got to be something more IMO to being "the best rider" than just killing the basic tricks to even be able to make the distinction.
