Holy fuknuts. But what about the connector piece that bolts the 2 sides together n the back? when I killed mine that pice broke n 3 places and its only bout 6inches long.

 

now they just need to make aftermarket frames and engines for gixxers and they would be prime stunt bikes.

I work at a fab shop so I just make my gixxer subframe out of steel tubing. never had a problem. hit me up if you want one.

 

when I break anouther 1 Ill hit ya up.

 

Or you can just get a 03 gsxr 1000 subframe and that works to.

 

+1 not hating on anyone, but you instead of breaking your sub-frame you going to break the tabs off your frame.

hahaha. it makes me laugh when i read so much bout gixer this and gixer that. i wont lie. if i knew i was goin to get into stunting or knew what stunting was when i bought my bike, i would have gone something other than suzuki. BUT i'm happy with my 03 600. few simply mods and its sweet.

the tabs for the subframe are stupid small and break. so i put a flat alloy straps from the rear set to the pillion peg and havent had any probs since. and i have messed up a few coasters aswell.

still got my original motor and she is still goin stong like day 1. rev limiter coasters e.t.c will kill ANY engine.

the frames crack in a few places so i have had 3mm plates welded on the inside of the frame were they crack. been stong since. they also crack at the neck. just welded it up. dont know what else to do there and its been fine also.

stunt what you got and modify what you have to, to make it work

+1 i reinforced mine from the axle and lower subframe tab to the end of the subframe and its gold.

definitely some sick work there though.:YEAH

naw i love breakin subframes, and whats with the gay *** star on it

 

mine always breaks in the rear where the bar goes across the back to tie the two sides together!!!

i also enjoy smashing sub-frames, it's fun *** hell!!!!!!

that's why i quit rocking a bar, and tail section, just so i can smash the **** outta my sub-frame!!!!!

I doubt they cut those stars out with a hack saw And the edges are welded so you cant see the cut, but I assume those were cut out on a CNC water jet.....

Just checked out their site and they have a CNC PLASMA cutter not a waterjet, same idea thou...
