i didnt pay atention to the star so i guess im wrong i just figured why go to the trouble of using a cnc machine when u could zip them out all day with a plasma.
And the edges are welded so you cant see the cut, but I assume those were cut out on a CNC water jet.....

Thats exactly what they did, they have a CNC plasma cutter....He said "These are all CNC CUT and FOR SALE" I think you made the mistake of assuming he meant CNC machined(Milled).....

Mine is braced the same with out the cool start cut out. What sucks is when I had it renforced I didnt kow it wasnt straight. So I had to get a new one (
