haha ive been on a permit since ive been 16 and now just got that **** today lol. im going to celebrate with a spliff

that thing I had to pay $275 to get.
I didn't have anyone that was 21 to go with me to get my liscense so I had to take a 2 day $275 class to get it. All my friends ride with no liscense.

Sweet, I had my permit for a few years..........excellent call on celebrating w/ a spliff...........now.....the question is....are you actually gonna put tobacco in it?
