You should've tried the Tacoma. When I used to sell cars we did a head to head with the Tacoma and the Dodge (current models). The Tacoma stomped the Dakota in usable power, comfort, fit and finish, gas mileage and handling. Light years ahead in every department.

I wanted The Tacoma bad!! but you cant find them at a good price hell the best price I found was an 2002 with 85,000 miles for $16,000 and I got the dodge because it came in 2nd under the toy for gas and reliability! {in the mid size truck market}

DIESEL is the only way to go,,,,, towin up hill, no downshifting,,,add a tuner and thats it,,18 hwy 14 towing trailer with four bikes,,,,

naw you got the right idea with the twenties.....dont let people convince you that twenties are not for trucks... twenties are where its at. Trucks roll twenty and twenty two inch rims around here with Toyo Mud terrain tires....I got my H2 lifted with Chrome weld twenties with 37 x 13.50. r20...toyo mud terrain...check it
