so we were at one of our spots and the cops show up last night I was like **** so much for this spot!! the cop said "so what cool tricks can you guy's do?" he sat there for over an hour and just chilled and watched!!

Unsafe start is up to the officers' discretion. Is applies to anything where a normal (safe) start is not used. wheelies, burnouts, holeshots, excessive acceleration, etc.
