i bent the shizz outta my old 12 bar. .. but then again it was about as thin as a piece of paper.

Only difference is I'm not comming on here asking how to reinforce my subframe cause I eather can't put a ******* bar on or i'm gorilla scraping. If his bar really is "hella crooked" why the **** would he not get it straight. Instead somone breaks his ***** & he turns into internet tough guy.
Having a slightly crooked bar doesn't matter, you'll scrape the plate straight.

You don't need one for the f4i man.
I've only CRACKED one f4i subframe. I had a revlimiter coaster crash which bent the subframe and then when I clutched it up while saddling it I banged the bar hard and it cracked.
Get another one and keep it tight.
