636 or zx6rr?????

whats the diffrence? im on the lookout for a 636 and my buddy has a zx6rr in his shop, they look the same but he said that the rr is the racey version with some engine mods oner the standard 636, should i get this or just look for a stock 636?
all the parts gotta be the same right?
oh its a 2004 by the way....

oh its a 2004 by the way....

the rr has a diffrent swing arm axle mount .. slipper clutch. and a frame mount for a racing damper.. and its 599cc... then im sure ya know all about the 636

parts work the same for 03 04 rr and 636

yes it pritty much same bike. if i stole ur 636 and put u on a rr with same setup ud never know it was the rr

Thats the biggest load of **** Ive ever heard I have a 636 and my boy has the ZX6RR both set up exactly the same. And if you ride the 636 first the ZX6RR feels gutless.....There is a serious lack in power when comparing the 2 bikes back to back....

Its still a good bike but the difference in power/torque is very very noticible..

I personally would wait or spend more money to get the 636, especially for the street....You dont notice the differnce as much untill like I said you ride them back to back...Its not like a 750 to a 600 but it is a very noticible differnce

heres the only thing you need to know.

rr = 599cc
636 = 636cc

that should give you a clue that they wont feel the same.

Sure doing fist gear idle slow stuff its not much of a differnce, take that to the street or try some faster 2nd gear stuff and try telling me you dont notice that extra 36cc's...

Thats what I figured you meant. I was just trying to say as far as a "stunt" bike you wouldnt notice much differance due to the sprockets and everything.
