Chip, pulley, heat exchanger and you can break 500rear wheel. Port the blower and some other **** and i've seen mid 6's out of the stock longblock.

HPP installed a 2.80 pulley, idlers, jlt cai, x pipe, heat exchanger, and got it done in just a couple of days... final numbers are 445/466 in over 90 degree weather
That's just a friends car i used real quick for example.

I think he was saying 6's as in 600 hp on a stock longblock which I have seen done. No way 6 in the quarter I would bet my bike on that one
