Was it one of you guys that made the cage for a crf50 ?

I was wondering if you guys were gonna make one for a nsr50/nsf100 .

I know alloutmafia has a nsr50 and you could design it off that . I would buy one if you made it . thanks .

Anyone else interested in making me a little cage pm me or reply here , thanks .

I have only seen frame sliders on a nsr once . And that was posted recently at planetminis . A guy is selling a nsr on ebay .
It looks like he either welded them on or drilled into the frame . I will post his pic. in a minute to show you .

I thought about sliders , but the frame is very thin and they would probably just break off when they hit the ground .

I want a cage that wraps around the bottom , and is strong , and will protect the upper and clipons when the bike is tipped over .

Re: Team Outermost question

Here is the slider pic. , but i am interested in a cage .

I look at that pic. and i now see how he mounted them .

The frame has a loop that is welded to the frame . From the loop , there is a little extention tube that sticks out so you can bolt the plastic on .
But the extention tube is only held in place by 2 hairpins . He just added a slider piece to the end of it .

That cant be sturdy , unless he welded everything in place . And it doesnt stick out far enough .
My upper is a little different , but those sliders would still need to stick out farther to keep the plastic and other parts from breaking .

I want a full cage .
