my best advice is to set your feet up like a duck. \ / this gives more control and to get comfortable practice practice practice. it will take a few days of doing nothing but SS to get it down but keep trying and trying and all of a sudden it will be like "how was this ever hard"

dependin on what other tricks you plan on goin into after SS, i position my feet differently all the time. just do place your feet comfortably first and try it. you end up movin your feet around anyways.

Both. If I want to bring the bike higher sometimes I spread my legs out and lean forward while bringing the bike closer.
Otherwise yeah keep my legs closed and straight. I'm not a pro, but this how i've been messin around.
