whats a title worth
didnt know where to put this so i put it here....but wonderin waht a title is worth, clean title.....never sold one but have seen afew people sell em....anyone?

Are YOU high??? I can sell salvage titles, a bent frame, all day long on eBay for $600. To the right person, a clean title will go for $1000, no frame. Is the frame fucked?? Most the time I will cut the neck off the frame and send it with the title. I hate selling them because I know what there used for, but when your a broke *** college student it is hard to turn down. The only time I bought a title was for a frame that couldn't be titled, a certificate of destruction frame. You have to be careful on eBay though.

cus without that someone could have already tried to request a duplicate title n put it in they're name through a lean sale

i was wondering the same thing the other day...will all the sweet bikes for sale w/ no titles..
i would think $100 or 200...but have no idea!

If you have the neck to prove that someone else does not have the frame, the title is worth something. Look on eBay, people sell wrecked frames with titles everyday. You just have to be careful how you list the auction, ebay doesn't allow selling the title with a frame unless it is a complete bike. Hope this helps.

I c, yeah that helps, I have the frame its just trash....dont like ebay so Im not gonna put it on there..had some1 offer me a lil $ for it but I guess i can get more than he offered

Selling a title, never heard of that. My boy bought a 929 with a broken neck and got another frame with it (that didn't have a title). We're taking it to my boys machine shop to grind the old one off and I'm gonna stamp the frame with his VIN. Straight from the dealer a frame comes blank. I have had to stamp them at a dealership.
