I must, that or I avoid felonies. HAHAHA. I've heard of people selling bad frames with good titles so someone can have the vin but never just mailing someone a title.

I sold mine with a cracked frame

gotcha. That would be a scary thing to spend money to just get a title in the mail. Then go to SOS and have them reject it. Sucks.

i have a tiltle and a frame for my 01 gsxr 750.... the frame is tucked. how much would it be worth if i cut the neck off and sold em both...clear title

A clean title shouldnt be worth anything if you dont have the frame with it...it may be worth some money to a crook. Remember...VIN #'s are property of the gov't.
