i used a buddies dvd camera because my mini dv wont read tapes anymore!

Okay so you are using a DVD camera. This means that you are recording to a digital file, NOT analog onto a tape.

If you hook up your camera to your PC, you should be able to just copy or drag the file over from the camera to your desktop or whereever.

Once you've done that come back and tell us what format the file is in (in order to compress it if need be and which services accept that format).

I think anytime the distance is significant, and you're going further than the approach, its good. 300 Ft is a 100yards. Thats pretty good IMO

mani hook it up...the camera beeps so does my comp...but nothing comes up so i can upload it..
