It's not the fluid you need to worry about, but the lines. DOT3 has a boiling point of around 400*F, but on the other hand, drastically decreases with any water in the system (brake fluid = very hygroscopic).

i run a coated steel brake line that runs up and over my air box then out of the frame to the hb .
