All bars bolt into the tail section however a round bar is usually by design more the same shape of the tail being they follow the curvature but in general some guys run the bar reall y close to the plastic rather then having it stick out 6''

12 o clock refers to the hands of a clock. if you're 23 and haven't seen an analog clock then you suck.
