i got sued once. i ran a lady over on my bike. goin about 55. she was fucked up. she did like 5 flips. so i guess technically i didnt run her over per say. but it was for 100,000. for 4 years until. i settled for 15,000

really hard to sue people and get paid, but if its just for principle, small claims court usually charges about $26 here to get the process started and the defendant pays it if they lose.
I sued my fiance's fat bitch of a friend for kicking a dent in my car after I told her we weren't going to go eat McD's after a concert.......I won and she was supposed to pay the $850 or so in repairs. The flabby **** had $7.23 held out of her first paycheck after they started garnishment, then got fired and I never got another penny.
It did show my fiance what a lying douche her friend was though, so her fat *** was left to go eat as much McD's as she wanted.
