02 gsxr 600
its a bike i just got that is a retired race bike with 5k mikes and a built motor dynoed at 118 hp at the wheel.I got it cheep and wanna stunt it i can wheelie and endo alright but have a bp issue.My last bike was a zx7r and i feel like i could wheelie it better.My question is does any one on here stunt a gixxer 600?

If it does infact have 118hp at the wheeles then it must have some serisous cam and porting work which probably means its guttless untill it hits about 9000 and then hold on.. That may be why your struggling.. get a stock bike.

My 02 750 was stunted till I wrecked it, and cost me an arm and a leg to rebuild. so im tryin to stunt my cheap bike since its easier to replace parts...
but my 750 is stock.
well as far as the engine goes anyways
and I never had a problem bringing it up for a wheelie...
now an endo..thats a different story, I still dont know how to do em....

02 gixxer......be careful the frames are not very strong...well none of the gixxer frames are that great but at least you dont have to worry about the frame snapping mid section....just beware that they are weak in the neck area. I bought my 02 gixxer salvaged...didnt realize and had huge, grand plans of building the perfect stunt bike....then when I was all done I found a huge crack under the frame of the neck that wrapped around for days. Welded over and still cracked through the weld. I ended up getting a new frame and doing a frame swap with new neck bearings, races n all. I call the 01-03 gixxer 600, 750 the tin foil frame bike...lol...I was worried til I heard all the horror stories with 06 and realize at worst it may crack but not snap so whatever....ride it til the wheels fall off!. From what I have gathered and learned it seems that the f4i is the best way to go. Beefy frame and motors built just as strong. But what do I know....

it does have cams and porting and has been computracted steel braided lines and all bolts safety wired and ackropovic exhaust and it does pull hard from like 7k or so

i know they are not the preferd bike but i got it cheep as hell from a buddy that races and just bought a 750 and gave me a deal. As far as the posting i give a **** less what they think of me i just wanted to know the good and bad of stunting a gixxer and if he dont like it dont read my thread or reply and as far as i can tell every one on here thinks that hes a dick and knows nothing!!!!!!!!!
