ok so i just got this thing in and my bike's at the shop but from looking at it since the bleeder is on top i dont think its goin to mount up too well with my msr raptor lever? does anyone have one mounted that they can post a pic of

 

i was worried about that not working right, thats why i just went with the brake master. let us know how well it works. it definetly would be nice to be able bleed the way your gonna have it on there

 

prolly just gonna send it back to hai and have em send me the brake one.... hopefully someone will post a pic tonight though..... hint hint!

 

DO NOT send it back..... it fit's and works awesome. I'm not at the garage to take pics but i can tell u it is worth the extra $$.

The brake masters are a serious pain in the *** to get right if you run clip-ons. And bleeding the cylinder is pure ******* joy....

I have 2 brake masters for sale.... perfect condition.... just picked up 2 billet clutch masters...... bliiiiiing!!!!!!

so they do work, you have tried both and the feel is the same?

 

i cant speak for him since i've never had either but from what everyone has told me the billet one is the EXACT same feel it is just ALOT easier to bleed.... not to mention it looks.... cant wait to pair it up w/ my ho-hey setup!


btw are u still wantin to buy my other f4i.... i haven't listed it on here yet but i'm goin to in the next couple days

 

i run the billet 16x18 clutch master and it works great and fits good but i have db bars, but it does seem to fit better than my boys 16x18 brake master flipped with clip ons but they have the same feel
i would keep the billet but thats me

not good pics.... my cam battery died after the first 2.... but anyway.... same feel, better setup/placement options, and bleeding is a walk in the park.

 

actually... i gotta say it feels better cause i could get a more COMPLETE bleed getting ALL the air outta the line easier.... havin the resi on top and the banjo on bottom, along w/ the bleeder screw on the top of the cylinder.

Literally took about 2 minutes to bleed today, not even bleedin the line. Just the master.

plus i cut my old flipped brake master lever too short... so now i got a full lever to work w/.... along w/ better placement options now that the resi and bleeder are on top and not hittin the inside of the clip on.

Highly reccomend spendin the extra $$ and gettin the billet clutch version....

it looks to me that the line is keeping it from going lower which i would not like. that is too high for me i think

 

KJ , hook me up brutha ...i need a ****** better HB!!!!! my radial master doesnt work very well after my bike got flipped y-day.

Oh ok, see the way i have my hb is mounted between my clutch and my grip... you have it with it on the outside... i'll have to try that on and see how i like it

 

It's a bad pic... the line isn't in the way at all. I just have it snugged up against the clipon so it will not get in the way of anything else....

You can rotate the thing all the way up or down... that's why i said, it has much better placement/mounting options.

 

I used to have it on the inside but u cant grab the end of the lever that way..... like this you can get the most leverage outta the brake.... big difference.
