f4i radiator

Re: f4i radiator
I've tried the 929 radiator on my f4i. The fan mounting tabs hit the headers. I opted to run the F4 radiator. The only difference is the overflow tube locates to the front of the cap on the F4.

i have a 929 on my f4i right now. you need to make a bottom mount for the rad its not that difficult and you need to trim the top fan support. the over flow isnt a big deal you can get it too work in any position. ill post pics tomorrow for ya richie if you would like. yes, no?:YEAH

Re: f4i radiator
929 radiator will work just fine... all you have to do is flip the lower bracket that mounts to the motor. And in order to flip it you have to notch a piece out of it and bend it the other way. And get a longer radiator hose that goes to the pump.

Re: f4i radiator
you probably have something wrong with the cooling system. check for air, or do a flush, if it has crappy fluid or water then it probably has mineral build up inside.
forgot to mention, i've noticed that my bike runs hotter as the oil wears out. keep the oil fresh and clean and it should run cooler since it's actually lubricating and not just in there for no reason.

my bike is always hot even during the 518 ride it was pissing coolant out of the cap when we stopped.
