X Games, who is going?

Re: X Games, who is going?
What have I done?
I have learned the proper channels to go through to get big sponsors and learned what pitches work and which ones don't. Stuff I didn't want to learn in practice because I was afraid I might drop the ball.
No, Thomas, no one is going to spend that much on stunting, and not a peice of it will go toward stunting if no one goes through the proper channels to get that money.
Let me ask you something, when does rider support for LeMans corp start accepting riders applications? And who do you send them to, and what companies are under the umbrella of LeMans that would be interested in picking up stunters?
That's the stuff I've spent the last six months learning so I could apply it. What I have done in the last six months is get an education so I could play the game right.
I came knowing what I knew, which is a good base to start from, but not enough to do anything. So I went and got the info I needed to proceed. There was a lot I did not know and needed to learn.
As for personal jabs, I gave AC a ****** shoulder rub, he tried his moves and I shot him down BFD. Massage helps with flexibility and I thought he was sincere when he said he was in pain.
Pick any fights with sixty year old men while drunk off your *** lately?

Re: X Games, who is going?
Ya right!! I including any pro rider at Motorcycle Mayhem 06 could have banged you You're telling me I'm not a good person lol Ya I'm not very nice to hookers on the corner either but that doesn't mean I'm not a good person you herpie infested twatwaffle! A whole organization of stuntriders figured out you're nothing but a fart in the wind and you expect us to think "Pro Racers" take you serious. You'd be better off selling crack to Drew Stone, go back to your flat tired double wide
Not one of you boys at Motorcycle Mayhem had a shot at me. But fantasize about whatever you want. I like men.

No, Thomas, no one is going to spend that much on stunting, and not a peice of it will go toward stunting if no one goes through the proper channels to get that money. and let me guess you are just the person to get it??
Let me ask you something, when does rider support for LeMans corp start accepting riders applications? And who do you send them to, and what companies are under the umbrella of LeMans that would be interested in picking up stunters? OMG you went to indy and talked to a parts unlimited rep!!!!! Dont tell RYAN S!!! Dont tell Jason Britton either, he will **** block you!... the difference between you and I is that you actually think you are special for knowing something that I personally could care less about! oh and that I have known for years
That's the stuff I've spent the last six months learning so I could apply it. What I have done in the last six months is get an education so I could play the game right. well get off the internet and get started..
I came knowing what I knew, which is a good base to start from, but not enough to do anything. So I went and got the info I needed to proceed. Re: X Games, who is going?
I was not naked with any stunter that I did not ****.
So you may not know what you're talking about, I made AC keep the door to his room open.
Teach asked me to promote him, but that does not mean I am at all responsible for his success. Because I'm not. if you got him BMW that's awesome. I have not gotten any sponsors for anyone yet, but I'm working on it. I had a lot more to learn than I thought I did, when I first came to the scene I thought I knew more than I did about this industry, but it turns out I was wrong.
So I picked up the phone and started asking questions, and getting advice from people who have done it before. And going to the places where the factory reps and team owners do their talking.
Sometimes I'll get overly enthusiastic about something I'm interested in and feel like I've got it on lock. It's always a shock when the reality check comes and gets cashed all up in my face.
It was actually trying to shoot the documentary that shut me down a little, and made me realize wanting to do something and being well informed enough to actually do it are very different. I have had plenty of expereince with success and I expected it to be immediate. No one was more disappointed than I was to learn there was freakin work involved, and I didn't know what I was doing.
Wanting to shoot that story on you guys was a compliment, I think it's pretty amazing what stunters have done, and regular everyday people like me, I think they'd be interested in it too. I can present it in writing or in person, but in the video format I was just way over my head. But the appreciation I have for the heart people have put into their sport is exactly what has kept the "naysayers" interested now, I have found my spot, and it's not your spot Thomas, you're entrenched and do stuff I can not. I have qualities, such as being high born that will get me in doors you may have a harder time getting through. It's complimentary work. I hate it that I can get so defensive about the **** you say, there's some truth to it, though, so of course it makes me frustrated. I make mistakes. i am making progress, but you've got me on lots of counts Thomas.
I'm sure it was super annoying to have someone come along and think they already knew everything. At this point I've toned it down to just wanting to know everything.
And in my defense, I really did think I knew a lot about you guys. I watch. But there was so much more to the things I want to do that my expectations of immediate success were completely unrealistic.
As for being a spaz, it's a ****** curse man. I'm not like you guys in a lot of ways, if I feel stared at or scrutinized, i get uncomfortable and nervous, and don't know what to do with myself. Put you guys in a crowd and you're just instantly comfortable. I don't bring that. I kind of like to keep to the background and find the goings on interesting and exciting, but don't want to be in the middle of it, which is good, that way when I make mistakes it's not right out in front of everyone.

Re: X Games, who is going?
Once again, you missed my point on the reps. I was not saying "look at me I talked to people"
I was saying, "are you familiar with all these little channels and hoops to jump through that are invariably different from one company to another?" because I was not, and it took me time to learn about these channels and rules and protocols. it's good I took the time to learn them, because jumping in totally rookie is a big mistake, you see how it worked for me with documentary filmmaking. I did not want to make the same mistakes i did before. I learned from that experience and tried to apply a different approach, a more methodical one.
Because of the way we started out getting along, like two cats in a duffel bag, I've said things to you I'd actually like to take back, just because it was me being pissy and not a good representation of who I am. But you make me feel put on the spot, and I start defending myself and what I can do. And I get mad. You're not perfect either, so why come at me like I'm supposed to be? I never will be, I'm a flawed human being.
I am capable of great things, so why not just give me the room to work, and hope I do a good job? People you like will benefit greatly if I succeed. Instead of acting like I'm some sort of pernicious blight. People like me who are willing to invest time and effort into promoting your sport are a good sign and a good thing.

Re: X Games, who is going?
it was never my intention to build a reputation by borrowing one from other people. I came here wanting to do my own thing and ended up doing something else. And I'm new at it, so it is taking me some time to get my bearings and feel like I can even do this.

Re: X Games, who is going?
Teach McNeil did, so did Keith Marshall and a few others who I'm not going to throw their names out there without asking first, given the controversy that gets stirred up.
