Help identify this NY squid who took out Dan Herz

Help identify this NY squid who took out Dan Herz
This is the squid who took out Dan Herz Sunday in upstate New York during the Section 518 street ride around Albany. Dan's bike is busted up, he broke his collar bone in four places and this squid took off. We are hoping someone can identify him. I also have someone working on getting a clearer look at the plate...
The crash; see the bikes tangled up on the left and Dan rolling in the opposite lane (the green shirt behind Dan is Richie B. on his F4i trying to avoid running Dan over after swerving out of the way...

Try to de-interlace the video, lower field only if shot on DV, upper field only if shot on HDV. If you use After Effects that should be able to clean up the shot enough to read that plate.
I could probably get the plate # off that first pic if you post up a few seconds of the source video.

Try to de-interlace the video, lower field only if shot on DV, upper field only if shot on HDV. If you use After Effects that should be able to clean up the shot enough to read that plate.
I could probably get the plate # off that first pic if you post up a few seconds of the source video.

You can check the other thread for all the details. From the way I understand it though, the squid was doing a wheelie while all the bikes were in a pretty tight group and he went down and slid into Dan
