Just view the image on your computer monitor because that is also progressive. It may also help if you convert to a high res Quicktime or WMV as if you were encoding for the web,this should also be progressive or at least have the ability to convert it to progressive. If lower field gives you blurry results then try upper field. If that don't work see if your edit software has the ability to convert 60i (dv video) to 24p, that will drop one field per frame (start a new project with just that clip so it doesn't convert all of your footage to 24p and convert all of your timecode)
If all else fails I have hardware that will blow up DV to 1080 HD, that will get the plate #.

He actually looped a power wheelie which slammed into dan's bike. The only reason I was filming his earlier christ was because it looked like he was going to wipe out.

What are you going to do when you find this guy? You certainly can't turn him in to the police and say "we were out stunting on the road and this guy hit this other guy." The general rule of stunting is that everyone accepts anything can happen and you fix your own ****. Granted, this is a little different, and I'm NOT saying you shouldn't hold the guy responsible. I'm just wondering what you're going to do when you find him?

dan wasnt stunting when he got hit, actually no one but the retard in question was. it was on a tight and banked residential road where all the pro's and those with intelligence werent doing anything. thats when he tried to be a hero and flipped his wheelie. and you never accept someone running into you, ive been hit 3 times buy other riders, i dont accept that. if u cant control your **** dont be near anyone.

i'm confused how was he able to get up-pick up his bike-check to see if its runable and then take off without anyone at least getting in his way or trying to follow him..
besides how did he meet up with u guys??is he on here where u might be able to see at least where he's from??

i'm not really tying to incriminate my self any more than I already have.
first thing we will do is submit a bill to pay for all of dans parts he needs to fix it the way it was before dude hit him.
If he doesn't pay up or agree to somesort of payment options I will personally pound the **** out of him and get arrested and go to jail.
This entire procedure will be filmed in HDTV and in in the next adrenalin crew video.

what do i do if i find the guy, i forward the info to those who need it and they handle it however they do. if it was me that got hit, id go to his house and tell him he owes me some money, if he refused id burn his garage down. thats just me.
