Sac is not the bay, as much as they want it to be. it's just another part of part of Northern Cali. Stockton is not the bay as much is they want it to be, just apart of northern cali. modesto is not apart of the bay as much as they want it to be, just apart of Northern Cali. Sorry for you modesto, stockton, sac, people it's just not the bay no matter how much mac dre, keak, or e-40 you listen too. The bay is all of 415, 408, 510, southern 707, 650 and the western portion of 925. i don't consider brentwood the bay.

the bay is in nor cal, but the entirety of nor cal itself is not containing part of the bay area in fact, some parts of nor cal such as cloverdale stretch over 100 miles from the bay area

sac is about as bay as napa is.... i.e...ITS NOT, stockton just is run down subrurbia with a few shadey spots. modesto USED to be the dam hood, USED TO BE, this was back in early to mid 90's, it's calmed down a lot and area wise made efforts to suburbanize and grow from crop farmland to a seperated economic mainstay with the introduction of new property developments, streamline business expansions such as kaiser hospital. brentwood being near antioch, being en route to sac, essentially is physicly en route away from the bay area.
