is this true???

If i have a fireblade with a f*ck*d up 2nd gear, then do i just need to buy a whole new transmission and around how much will that cost... A small bike shop told me I did and it would cost around $800 , is that true?????

800 is cheaper then they will do it here , it's like an eleven hundred dollar repair around here

thx I just happend to be related to the shop owner LOL but how much would be for a fair new motor, actually what would be the best thing to do if im goin to change the motor, should I go 929/954 or what?????

Chances are its just the shift dog that is bent which is cheap, ill guess 30 bucks.

Lol not really.. My bikes are the worst kept bikes ever. Ill lube my chain only if i can hear it over my exhaust, and it gets an oil change whenever i bust a case.

Yea after working on other peoples **** for so long you dont want to work on your own. Besides its a Honda im actually amazed some one blew out a 2nd gear that sounds like a yamaha problem.
