Re: honda f3

Great bike, but if you can afford a little more go newer. Fuel injection, aluminum frame and better everything. Just see what Ernie E-dum OM did on his.

and yeah they make everything for the F3

Re: honda f3

I got an F3, picked it up for a few bucks..... right now im working on tucking the harness away and saving some money for a bigger sprocket then ill be good to go.

this is my first stunter bike so i expect it to take a lot of beating... a friend of mine, "OMR" old man roger, tells me it has a really strong frame, so it will take a noob's beating.

Re: honda f3

no... not with my experience at least. It's like trying to stoppie a LTD440. I mean u can do like a 2ft one to a stop sign but as far as rollin em 20-30+ ft noway.

Re: honda f3

I dunno what the F3's are like, but if its anything like the thuindercat (big old heavy carbed donkey) then you can stoppie them but they flood up REALLY badly even after doing small stoppies, so not great if you wanna be doing shows on it.

Nothing worse than sitting there trying to start your bike after it dies doing a 2 second poppa stoppie.

Dude, you dont know what your talking about! I bet you cant even roll like 5 ft....the truth is that its impossible to do a stoppie on a bike without up-side-down suspension

Re: honda f3

ive found stoppies difficult on these. maybe its just my tire pressure. but everything else ive found easy when i transfered from the dirtbike stunts to the f3. i never had front brakes on neither of my dirtbikes, therefore i never practiced stoppies on them, so stoppies on the f3 seem really hard. i heard some people put 600rr forks on their f3's?

yeah thats totally necessary!reading your post it sounds like you NEVER did stoppies on a motorized bike.. so why do you say its hard to do stoppies on THESE.. you mean its hard to do stoppies! no ****, stoppies are difficult!

for reals, its not hard on an f3, nothing wrong with that bike.. get a good tire, drop the pressure a little bit and GO!!!!

Re: honda f3

i have to say it:

f3's were being made in 1995, and there are threads about them since 1995, so SEARCH!!! there were just 2 threads asking this same question 2 weeks ago, i think they are still on the first page.

and the answer is they are fine bikes.
