So, I ordered a powers subframe cage from Warped Toys. I figured it would take a few weeks to get to me... no problem right?

Well the subframe cage arrived to me today - 3.5 MONTHS after I ordered it. I was constantly told by the company every two weeks that "We are waiting for powers, it will be shipped on monday". On top of their crappy service they didn't even ship the PEGS, Mounting Hardware, or Support Bars!!!!

I for one will never order anything from Warped Toys again. I'm sorry but for what I went through to get HALF of my order I could have learned to weld myself and built it cheaper!

I ordered an OMR cage which should be here next week... Way better quality than powers and OMR will actually talk to you about your order status!

I'm sorry Warped Toys, but you have lost a customer.

probably not warped toys fault.. im sure that when you order it from them they then order it straight from powers for you. powers probably shipped it to you..

its all about customer service... I asked roger a question and had a PM within 12 hours... OMR is the way I am going to go... by the way when I do send off this money order roger... how long from then til you get it shipped...typically?? I know its a home based kinda thing, just thought I would see if I needed a week or two leeway

 

if you pm me when you send the money i will usually have it ready to ship by the time the money gets here......

 

I got OMR subcage in ****** two months ...I will never order anything from OMR.

I'm blaming powers AND warped toys - You shouldn't sell things that aren't in stock, or you should at least warn people that it could take up to x days to get.

The shipment came from warped toys btw, not powers.

 

ah no **** , i dont know what else to say but all i know powers always keep people holding down for lil bit to let em finish the product then send it to warped toys...I guess thats how the way it works anyhoo **** happens for a reason.

remember to make it a us postal money order from the post office ,they are as good as money and require no waiting to clear like regular money orders and personal checks

I understand your grief bro. I think everybody that does drop-shipping should inform their customers about it as it will often cause delays. I don't think you can blame powers for it as tdog didn't order directly from them. I had the same thing happen to me when ordering from OTHER companies before and it really pisses you off.

Good to hear that you received your stuff. I'm sure wrapped toys didn't do it intentionally but they should mention availability when ordering.

you must have been one of the few caught in the process of the shop move. bummer. usually it takes up to 4 weeks at times, but I personally put up a disclaimer on the site stating so. Dont know what happen on that one.

 

when i ordered my powers cage straight from them i waited over a month,
they were slow as ****,
also when i ordered my scrapeworks subframe from warped toys it took a long time, cuz scrapeworks had to make it ship to them then them ship to me,
thats how the stunt world works dude, most places can't afford to keep a pile of cages , subframes or subcages on the wall
