Over 1/4 of a year and the order is incomplete is absolutely unacceptable. If you still wanted to wait on the item and you didn't want a full refund I would give you a partial refund anyways for your inconvenience. That or some free ****. Take care of the customer and the business will take care of itself, ESPECIALLY now days with the internet. One bad transaction is spread like a grassfire through the community.

Iv been there before.
All i ask you to do is think about being in the other persons shoes!
The shops taking a million orders all the time placing them and sending them!
Now think about the company's that are making the product! Getting ten times the orders than the shops are and shipping everything out! Now if they only get a few messed up orders in all that craziness then thats pretty good. Now for the people that are getting the messed up orders it sucks but it happens,and its happened to me before.

ry0s is right dude. I ordered an SI cage from FTPmotorcycles.com and si droped the ball. They didn't have the part in stock. They had to make it after the order was place, and didn't bother to tell the shop or myself about the situation.
Great cage but i guess thats the way **** works in parts industry.

So, I ordered a powers subframe cage from Warped Toys. I figured it would take a few weeks to get to me... no problem right?
Well the subframe cage arrived to me today - 3.5 MONTHS after I ordered it. I was constantly told by the company every two weeks that "We are waiting for powers, it will be shipped on monday". On top of their crappy service they didn't even ship the PEGS, Mounting Hardware, or Support Bars!!!!
I for one will never order anything from Warped Toys again. I'm sorry but for what I went through to get HALF of my order I could have learned to weld myself and built it cheaper!
I ordered an OMR cage which should be here next week... Way better quality than powers and OMR will actually talk to you about your order status!
