Stunt Brake....What you runnin?

Ok so I am just about finished putting my bike back together after getting a new frame. I just finished installing my stunt rear brake. I decided to run the GP tech fork mount thumb brake. It works pretty good. I also heard of full throttle hand brakes but I have not changed handle bars yet , have no room for extra mounts on the bars, and didnt want and extra lever on the clutch side. I heard most people are changing their clutch to an ASV shorty and runnin a full throttle hand brake or there alike. What you runnin?

Run the full throttle inc setup with a msr pro raptor stacked above it, one finger on each.

Re: Stunt Brake....What you runnin?

Doesn't GP tech make a different type of brake that isn't a thumb brake?

Re: Stunt Brake....What you runnin?

lol hahahahahahah wow that is some funny sh-t. So why the haters on the thumb brake. Like I said I dont want two levers on one side.....plus I have no room to mount a second lever on the OEM bars. Plus doing wheelies, trying to control throttle, it just seems better that my left hand can be gripped on the bars tight and I just use the thumb to brake. Yeah maybe not for super advanced tricks it would be useless. I was thinking if I ever upgrade to freestyle handlebars that I would switch the thumbrake to my Streeet R6 and use a handlebar mount brake for the stunna machine...lol who knows though

Why no one like thumbrakes?

they dont work that good, like 1/2 the pressure of a full throttle inc,if that.

Re: Stunt Brake....What you runnin?

you could fit a hand brake on your oem bars, you can remove your choke, and hi low beam assembly and relocate it.

Re: Stunt Brake....What you runnin?

ya just move that light cluster for the high low beams and turn signals and put it there. That's what i do on my F4i with a moose e-z pull clutch. Though i still lick donkey ***** with a handbrake......those bitches are hard.
