I need a custom sproket made for an 02 kat. Anyone know a place that does that?

Yeah Sproket Specialists is the one who is makin me one, there makin a 66 tooth rear sprocket. Anyone know how long the chain should be and if i need a conversion kit or not?

go to a 520 dropping rotating mass give you more acceleration (HP).

I also recommend Sprocket Specialist! If you need any parts, I have a 00 Katana 750 that I am parting out, the engine is toast! I have fairings, forks, Yoshi RS-3 pipe, wiring harness, etc. If you need anything!

vortex sprockets suck, they wear out hella fast but thas what aluminum sprockets can do. i have a sprocket specialist aluminum and its done well not showing too much wear. ive heard that geared steel is the **** though.

never worn out one of my vortex sprockets.. hell u even had a 530 chain on a 525 sprocket for over a year. still looks new

vortex can custom make sprockets easy

Vortex sprockets always wore down incredibly fast for me as well. Although I hear good things about the new hardened steel sprockets they're making.

Yep.. I swear by Thrust sprockets. 2 years on my 929 and not a single sign of wear.
