insurance for sb parts

I got a couple peeps that want me to build em crash cages and wat not. How do i cover my ***? I know my **** won't break but u guys know how sue happy peeps can get these days!

a release of liability maybe.....but hell i haven't heard of too many people going back and sueing FI, SI, 905, etc....on too many occassions

etch them or put a sticker on them.... "use at your own risk" OR "Sold AS IS ....NO WARRANTY " Or Put these Phrases On a reciept that they sign when they pay you ???

OR.... only accept cash...leave no paper trail.... and in the future Deny you ever made any crash cages....

if you are really weary of this (somebody coming back and suing you ) you should probably fore go the few dollars you might make....and blow off this side job....and just refer them to one of the big companies...

Always trust your instinct.... and if your instinct brought up these questions.....you might want to leave it alone.... good luck in your endeavors !!

Well i want to get into it cause i think i can make some mad cash. I've made alot of stuff for peeps extended swingarms and skid plates all kinda stuff. But they were all peeps i knew real well. i'm just weary of doing shiz for peeps i don't know but i want tha cash and to make a name u know?
