Re: manbearpig !!!

that sucks

i thought you said he was doing "slow" SS'ers? there's like 20 foot of skidmark and a snapped rim, that's some hella force on a rim for an idle seat stander.

Re: manbearpig !!!

Ah... manbearpig ******!!!!

This was me... I don't really know why it happened... kind of a freak accident cause I do no handers all the time. MBP has been ****** w/ me for the last couple of weeks.

Anyway.... i was doin a foot in seat no hander, no big deal, stupid actually... then the bike started commin down a little crooked to the right... and as the front end touched down I went to grab the clutch as I always do.... but MANBEARPIG smacked my hand off the left clip on, causing me to fall back and to the right, grabbing a fist full of gas in the process...

by the time i let off the gas I was about 10 foot from the curb doin about 30mph.... too late for the front brakes which I locked up anyway... straight into the curb.

My body missed the tree by inches... my right arm actually caught it a little, but only enough to spin me around in mid air for a nice "helicopter" effect. I landed about 5ft on the other side of the island in the pavement.

The bike (obviously) didn't do so well.
