636 swigarm conversion

636 swigarm conversion
Anyone tryed to bolt up a 05-06 636 swingarm to a 03-04 636?Wanted to know if its a bolt right up or if theres any custom spacing to be done.I know jonnyp has done but i figure hes probably tired of everyone askin him that.any info would be great.........wonder how many dumbasss comments im gonna get on this.lol

Almost forgot I also did the 05/06 shock conversion and I used the 05/06 knuckle/linkage....So for that to fit the 03/04 frame I had to swap 2 seals in the knuckle and the pivit pin from the 03/04 knuckle into the 05+

Good info & good pics.
What has to be done to the front 05/06 wheel to go on the 03/04 front end?
I'm guessing 10mm caliper spacers if you run the 05 rotors and prolly different wheel spacers???

The 05 wheel itself with 03/04 rotors (without the 05 rotors) bolts right on, no spacers or modding needed....If you want to use the 05+ rotors then you need 10mm caliper spacers, or 05+ forks...
