F4i stator ??

Big R 508 is infamous around these parts
F4i stator ??
When the bike is cold & wont start so I had to charge it probably less than 3 minutes to start up and ride till it gets hot , turned it off then try to start up which it has no power and the battery is low.

What do you think it might be stator or recfuciter ( SP ) ?

start the bike and take a voltage reading at the battery cables. what is the voltage, and does it increase when your rev the engine?
