Re: Stuntin Gear???

Pair of Jeans or Dickies and a t-shirt
Stasis Protective shoes
Craft helmet
Icon back protector
Gloves
Elbow pads
knee brace
ankle brace

....Sometimes I feel like I'm suiting up for football again.

Definitely worth it though come the time you flip a stoppie or run outta gas jumping to frogmingo.

Shift Textile jacket, they let your body breath to keep you cool, and have built in pads, loos pair of jeans, and some good gloves. Ohh, yeah, a helmet too, lol.

Used to rock a Fox back protector. Worked alright, but was big and bulky....felt like I was a robot. I can wear the Icon vest underneath my t-shirt and still move around comfortably.

Re: Stuntin Gear???

you should definitely check out what ICON has to offer whether you are looking for leather or textile jackets, gloves, boots, jeans, helmets, and pretty much any protective gear you want.... ICON has some great quality products!!!

check them out on the web at www.rideicon.com and/or most of the local dealerships....

I personally run the ICON decay jacket(and a couple other textile jackets), ICON field armor vest, ICON Skull Mainframe helmet, ICON tarmac gloves, any jeans, and ICON superduty 2 boots...

Re: Stuntin Gear???

Everyone is gonna tell you to rock the company that gives them "sponsorships"

Bottom Line - Always wear your brain bucket, jeans / pants, real shoes, and cover up your hands. With at least that much gear you'll be fine most of the time.

A spine protector, jacket of some sort, knee/elbo pads, and a mouthguard are a good idea too.

*The mouthguard was a joke - please substitute 1 pocket protector*

I do have to say that white gloves are the pimp ****! :YEAH

Side note that one spectator told me.....wearing white gloves makes the crowd focus on your hands more. With them focused on your hands, they see and realize how much action goes on with the clutch, hb and throttle. The dude thought it was amazing how aggressive I was with my hands. I'm going to try and rock white gloves from here on out.

Re: Stuntin Gear???

all in one top half armour: dainese body armour [elbows, shoulers, back chest]

pair football shin pads with ankle protectors. (proper football. No it's not called soccer )

gloves and lid

most important thing IMO is that you can move freely in it
