929 trouble: please help

i know this aint the right forum to post this , but i need some advice

ok heres the deal, i removed my tip over sensor the way everyone told (tie the red and green together and tape the white off) the bike was ok
i rode to the spot, it rained a little for a while...
the first two stoppies i did there the bike shuts of when the rear wheel was up??? turnd ignition off and back on starts right up no prob
i rode a couple of hours without any problems, stoppies, burnouts clutchin and stuff but when i rode back home the bike shuts off like it ran out of fuel or something the strange thing is started right back up when i turnd the ignition off and back on!
from the next day off sometimes the bikes has trouble holding low idle and sometimes it boggs even if i ride it normal...

did i **** it up with the tip over sensor or is there another explanation for this ****

please help guys i'm desperate to ride again

I wasn't sure what you meant by "tape off the white". All you have to do is unplug the tip switch and jump a small piece of wire from outside to outside of the harness where the switch was plugged into.

Next time use the search, You will get beteer results

Re: 929 trouble: please help

i used the search bro here's the thread about it
https://www.stuntlife.com/forums/443...ip+over+sensor

if you scroll down you see the pics of the black box with the 3 wires, i'm not running a main harness

in the replys of the thread multiple people say tie red and green together and leave the white taped off...

i'm sure i did this the right way and i think its got nothing to do with the problems the bike is having...

anybody help please!!!

Re: 929 trouble: please help

It sounds like one of the sensors from the back of the air box was removed or fell off. There is a vacum hose going to a fuel sensor and I forgot the colors of the wires you jump but you should not cut the plug only run a jumper wire.

Check the fuel sensors, and vacum hoses on the back of the air box.
