the honest truth about sever sprocket counts.
i dont really understand it, can't u just do what needs to be done on a lower sprocket count.
reason i am asking.... i rode bullo's RR yesterday, and that **** is brutal! you can literally crack the throttle, and not even use the clutch. i dont doubt that if i rode it for about 3 minutes i could get it.. but i didnt even wanna spend any time on it, because i was petrified of ****** my self up.
lets keep the honest truth's rolling.... what makes you want to gear the bike that severe??? is there anything about it that taking the counter sprocket down 1, and adding maybe 2 in the back wont do??
what advantages would you really have on this terribly short gearing, that you wouldnt get on minimal gear adjustments?

it seems like its just more of an old school style like the days without handbrakes or its for squids that think it will help them wheelie better

Re: the honest truth about sever sprocket counts.
sure everything can be done on stock or smaller sprockets, but i think goin+10 or bigger is a little more fun for a stunt bike....u of coarse can do the same stuff, but engine brake and smooth idle pull is sweet...

It's probably geared to much. I had a 55 and 2 down on a 1000rr and it was way too much. The more power and lighter the bike is the less gearing you need. Since then I've only gone 2 down on my 1000rr and it was perfect. I know Bullo has a 60 on that bike cause I gave it to him. If I had a new RR I'm sure a 1 down and 55 would be much better.

it definitely needs SOME gearing. stock it wants to stall at like 10mph...
more gearing = slower stall speed (helps shitty riders like me do circles )

Tank circles, merk step combos.. those are tricks were gearing is going to be able to help you. It gives you the low end to not stall out as easy during the circles, and not bog out when jumping wherever from a merk step.

YES JUST TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT **** IS TO MUCH FOR THE NEW 600RR I NEED LIKE A 55 INSTEAD OF A 60 IT'S TO MUCH...THATS WHY I AM GOING TO GET A 55 CUZ THAT **** IS SCARY...CAUSE I'VE NEVER SEEN A BLACK MAN LIKE LEX TURN WHITE AFTER RIDING MY BIKE...

Re: the honest truth about sever sprocket counts.
plain and simple more gearing=less chance of stalling technical trix.
(on my f4i)
but these new bikes seem to be lighter and stronger so they dont need the gearing of 60+ and what not.
(off topic kinda?)
so that anniversary 06 r6 i picked up was supposed to get traded for a 03 zx6rr but the dude backed out.
i found a canadian who is deffinitly trading me for his 05 zx636, what is good gearing for those, i was thinking 1 donwn in the front and 55t in the rear?
i still want the 03-04 style 636 so im still searching for one aswell.

Honestly i dont think this sprocket is big enough. Just a little bigger and it'll be as big as the wheel. Just imagine these teeth on a 954. It wheelies without throttle, LMAO......=-)
