04 636 Oil Problem!!!!!

YO! i was riding all day on my 636, brought the bike home did a run up the street tried to clutch once it lagged then clutched it up and it stalled and shutoff...looked at my guage saw the oil light on, until i started it up again and it went away...is this the symptoms of having oil in your airbox? and do i need to do the Kleen Oil conversion

if the engine is not running it wont have oil pressure, so the light will come on if it stalled

Quick way to tell if u got oil in your airbox: theres a rubber hose that comes off the airbox down into a little plastic resevoir--it sits next to your stator cover. It should be dry.

Personally, I'd just take to airbox cover off and check it out--its not that hard to get to and you'll be in there anyways doing the Kleen mod
