f3 or a r6?

i dont think ive really ever posted on here cause that search button is freakin amazing and ive never needed to.

BUT.

i had a 05 636. i could rock highway stuff all day long but i want to learn the slow stuff so i just sold it and im tryin to find somethin cheap that i can beat to hell.

i found a 01 r6 and a f3 (not sure what year) both for about 2k. i keep seein stuff about the yamahas lackin low end stuff but i really have no clue the kawi was the only bike ive ever had.

i know people on here have the experience to know whats gonna be a better bike for what i want to do so im just lookin for pros or cons for one or the other. thanks a lot for any helpful insight.

Ive got an 01 R6 and I don't see where it is lacking. But then agian I belive you have to find something comfortable before you need to worry about brand.

Re: f3 or a r6?

if its lacking low end.. get a bigger sprocket... hondas are built ford tough.. yamahas are designed for the track.. they'll tweak on you

+1 The F3 is a really good stuntbike. It has a fuel pump so it's good on 12 o clock. The R6 has really weak frame/subframes. R6 defonatly more for the track

Big R 508 is infamous around these parts
Re: f3 or a r6?

if you want a real good beat bike then you should get F3 over R6.

F3 is pretty much stronger , you should get SI cage then you will have nothing to worry about.
