'Speed Hump' Jackets?

A year or so ago, i tried on a jacket with a 'speed hump' on it, and really liked the thought/feel of it.

Who makes jackets with these features? Anyone have any input on them? Thanks,

Alpinestar SM-X Air-Flo jacket looks like what im looking for, but i dont wanna drop 7 on a jacket i cant try on, and my local dealers suck............ughhhh
