what gearing???

what gearing???

hey guys! want it to ask a question, im about to try and do slow wheelies, just wondering if it would be easier to do slow stuff whith bigger gearing say+5 or +10 on the rear, i ride a 2001 zx-6r -1 in the front, preciate any help thanks guys! and take care! and also is it possyble to do circles on a bike thats not fuel injected??? thanks for your help!

You can...but it'll be alot harder. Carburated bikes are harder to rock idle on.......


I'd say go up like 5 in the rear and turn up your idle to maybe 4 grand....then just work with it there......

It's better to learn with stock gearing. Just turn your idle up. The bigger sprocket you put on the rear the less easy it will stall, but the throttle will get more twitchy. And taking a tooth off the front is the same as adding 2.75 rear. -1 = +2.75
And yes people spin circles on carberated bikes. Most carberated bikes stall on 12 if they don't have a fuel pump.
