basically there the ****. ordered my full throttle hand brake kit. the line was missing. called them and within 24 hours they got back to me and told me the parts are being shipped. :YEAH

I've bought a ton of **** from HAI. Almost all my **** comes from there. They have great costumer service, fast shipping, and a big selection for alot of bikes. I went there when I was in florida in January, it's a sweet store.

yea there diffently some good people, like they had a issue with getting a peice for my handbrake setup but were more then apolizising and let me know every step of the way... great people!!

Im origianlly from florida, and i went and visitied last month... i literally was around the corner from the shop and the wifey wouldnt let me go... i guess a wedding reception was more important.... and cause she knew i had a wad of cash in my pocket...
