alright so i set my 954 up with a set of 636 clip-ons and love the way they feel but ive ran into some ****.....every time i turn the bars to the left the throttle sticks....it gets real hard and you have to twist it back your self cause it wont spring back but once you striaghten the bars out their fine not a problem and when i turn them right theres no problem, just when its turned left.....so if anyone could help it would be great.....thanks....!

just kidding ,reroute ,adjust and lube your cables

 

push ur bars farther out. had the same prob. put them almost straight.....

..and make sure to adjust your throttle play right, mine has no freeplay when turned left and right but revs donīt go up, in the middle is a lil bit freeplay, cables routed like stock.
