Re: honda rearsets.........
Cool thanks guys I didn't know this trick. I have a buddy on an 04 636 that keeps breaking his pegs and has been through a few rear sets. So if he cuts down his peg an inch he won't break rear sets anymore?

Re: honda rearsets.........
I got Vortex rearsets on myRR and didn't cut the pegs at all....put an SI cage on and they don't touch the ground.
They don't touch on my F4 either, but I've gone thru countless stock rearsets. I'm either going to buy ESD or Vortex/Woodcraft rearsets for my F4i too. Stockers just aren't strong enough for setting down endoes and pushing on them if you're over 200 pounds.

Re: honda rearsets.........
DONT BUY VORTEX!!!!! i have seen two sets in the last couple months shear the brake pedal were it conects to the rear master. not good! luckily there were no injuries when this happened to my buddies its not from crashing!!!! it is a flaw in design!

Re: honda rearsets.........
The Vortex and Woofcraft move your pegs abck and up also.....the woodcraft does it MORE than the vortex too. I think ESD is gonna be the way to go if we don't end up making our own out of steel around here.....which might be a good possibility!!!
And the price for ESD's rearsets aren't high compared to Vortex or Woodcraft, in fact if you order the Woodcraft rearsets that require you to use your own levers and linkages, its the same price! So they're really on par for the most part. It's the equivelant of replacing 4 new stock rearsets....which I've already done on my F4i in less than prolly two months....and I went through double digits of both sides on the RR until I got the vortex rearsets. They're worth it!
