I don't see how the bike stays parked like that....what keeps the bike from pivoting at the steering stem and falling over sideways after it's parked?

Do it on an uphill. At the right slope, it will hit balance right before hitting the 6-o-clock bar, and then you can touch, scrape, and roll backwards downhill. A 6-o-clock endo scrape backwards!

Yeah I saw him execute this at the WBBF. Takes alot to stop the bike from falling forward or to the side. It should be called the 10 O' clock Stop
