Bent frame & blown engine

Last time out at the spot I blew the engine & bent my frame in the same day .Has anyone ever had a bike take a hard enough hit to break internal parts in the engine?I'm not sure what broke in the engine yet but it's locked up tight.I've got another engine but not sure if I should try to use the bent frame.Powers cage held up like a champ though

Thank's bro,I'm good on the engine, got a spare.Might need a frame though,I think I can still run the same frame but it's about 1/16 from the head so another bad hit on right side is what I'm worried about.

Re: Bent frame & blown engine

they dont make the frame that tough anymore 600rr, 03 636 and up, 04 gixxer and up and the new R6 cuz they focus on making the frame lighther. so that equal to weaker and more fragile frame, one really hard hit could just fucked up the frame. i dont know just my and

Re: Bent frame & blown engine

Any opinions on what to do with the frame, rock the streets, keep it in the lot or trash it?I was thinking it would still be good for the streets where I don't crash as much(not crashing is not an option ) and get another solid frame for the lot
