maybe 636 this time???

so some of you know i just sold my f4i today, i got the money to get my license back now and enough to get another bike. i was set on getting another F4i, but after riding my boys 636 it made my F4i feel like a ninja 250 (i know this because sytfuR6 let me ride his). usually this wouldnt bother me, but i've been trying to drift lately and the F4i just doesnt have the ***** to do it. has anyone else jumped ship??? every F4i i have owned has been good to me, they're solid bikes and hold up well, how do 636's hold up? i know they break a lot of rear sets, but thats about all i've heard.

Re: maybe 636 this time???

They're awesome bikes but you shouldn't have a problem drifting on the F4i......

Re: maybe 636 this time???

you have to be really nice to 636's. they dont like long wheelies on the streets, rev limiter coasters, bar tricks, etc...
and the f4i has enough power to do drifts, phil kills drifts harder than anyone else down here on his f4i.
get a 600rr!

What probs have you had with long wheelies? I have never had a problem other than filling up the little klean-air bottle on my 05 with oil, but with my 03 I have had no prob

Re: maybe 636 this time???

i jumped shipped to the 636 from the f4i. once you set the bike up the way you like, its pretty much the same feel to me. only thing i liked more about the f4i is its more comfortable to stand on for seat standers (more foot room).

Re: maybe 636 this time???

Some problems with forks, but rare.
Very light and powerful
little twichty but kleen air mod fixed this
Some oil problems, kleen air mod fix
Clips on suck in stock position , but placed on top of tree or flip/inverted works great!!
strong subframe (comparing to my old Gsxr)
cuts pegs and your golden
Overall sick bike

Re: maybe 636 this time???

636s are great...but coming from a f4i expect it to be alot twitchier and alot touchier due to more power.

cut pegs youll never break a rearset.

they look sick too.
