Im looking at getting a new jacket but not sure what size to get. Im looking at the icon merc stage 2 mesh. my leather jacket is agv and its a funky size. Fits ok i guess, Anyways im 5'10 170lbs. Large or Xlarge? I think i read somewhere that the merc stage 2 are different sizes than regular icon jackets, thats why im confused on which size to get.

Go to a dealership and try different jackets on, different brands/type all fit different.

ALPINESTAR:YEAH like dude said go to a dealership. it depends on ur shoulder size and arm lenght, but ur probably around a size 42.

i'm 5'10 162lbs and i wear a large icon timax jacket if that helps. I think you would be a 44 in alpinestars. 42 is roughy a medium and 44 is a large.

Alpinestars and an out of stock Yoshimura Japan jacket as they say it depends on shoulder size and arm lenght.. i think you might wear a L. Only way to know it is going to shop it and try them on

Joe Rocket XL fits perfect for me. 6'3" 195lbs. Really comfy gear. Every brand fits differently tho so you really gotta try stuff on before buying it

i have a Joe Rocket the new style its a 46 and its loose and a Vanson 46 that fits perfect.

yeah i was thinking that, but no bike shop around here has the icon team merc stage 2 jacket. im going to order the jacket online. I dont think i saw any bike shop around here carrying icon for some reason. Most carry joe rocket or some generic versions
