rollin stoppies

Ok i can do stoppies now...but i cant roll them.I can roll it for like an inch and thats it.So my question is how do i roll them.

3rd gear, flat surface, roll body and brake at the same time let off when you float.... or you'll die

I prefer to spray Pam or cooking oil on mine Keeps the dirt off
